JomLepak Terms of Service

1. Acceptance Of Terms

By accessing or using JomLepak, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and any platform rules shown in the service. If you do not agree, you should stop using the platform.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your account, login session, posts, comments, group activity, and any action made through your account. Keep your login details secure and notify the administrator if you believe your account has been misused.

3. User Content

You may create posts, upload images, comment, share, and participate in groups. You must not post unlawful, abusive, misleading, harmful, infringing, spam, scam, or privacy-violating content.

4. Groups

Users may create public or private groups where available. Group owners and moderators are responsible for helping manage group activity. The platform may remove content, restrict access, or act on reports when rules are breached.

5. Platform Moderation

We may hide, remove, restrict, suspend, or review accounts, posts, comments, groups, or reports to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or maintain service stability.

6. Third-Party Services

The platform may use third-party services such as Google Login and Google reCAPTCHA. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Emoji, Unicode Data, And Third-Party Glyphs

JomLepak may provide emoji picker and emoji display features based on Unicode emoji characters, Unicode emoji charts, Unicode CLDR data, and related Unicode emoji data files. Unicode and related Unicode materials are owned by Unicode, Inc. and are subject to Unicode's copyright, terms of use, and applicable Unicode licenses.

Emoji names, ordering, categories, code points, and data references may be derived from Unicode Emoji data and Unicode CLDR data. Unicode states that its emoji chart images and format may be updated at any time, and production use should consult the Unicode Emoji data files.

Colored emoji images shown by browsers, operating systems, devices, vendors, or third-party emoji rendering libraries remain the property of their respective owners. JomLepak does not claim ownership of those emoji designs and does not grant users any license to copy, modify, redistribute, or republish third-party emoji images except as allowed by the relevant owner or license.

The emoji picker may use locally hosted AVIF emoji images generated from open emoji image sources, including Twemoji graphics licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International and Noto Emoji graphics/font materials licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. License files are retained with the local emoji assets.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be changed, paused, or removed for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Ownership

JomLepak is owned and operated by Tunnelbiz Studio Sdn Bhd. Platform branding, design, code, and system assets remain the property of their respective owners.
